Our client is a global leader in investigative and intelligence management software and technology for the public safety sector and law enforcement community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing creative methods to position company and maintain a territory plan to achieve assigned quota
• Managing pipeline and maintaining control of sales to ensure reasonable cycle length and sales volumes
• Building high-level strategic relationships with decision making individuals in each assigned account
• Delivering sales calls and presentations to “C” level management
• Maintaining a working knowledge of licensing and pricing policies and building a winning pricing strategy for opportunities
• Negotiating complex contracts and coordinating administration issues

The desired experience includes:

• 7+ years experience successfully selling complex software
• Proven consistent over achievement of sales targets
• University degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
• Ability to develop a comprehensive account strategy including financial analysis
• Ability to build rapport with senior level management
• Ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional account teams
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in both English and French
• Ability to utilize developed business acumen and solutions knowledge to generate business opportunities
• Experience with products in Public Safety, Corporate Security and Law enforcement markets are a significant asset
• Reside in Toronto, Montreal or Ottawa
