Our client is mid-sized, entrepreneurial-minded, niche software manufacturer, yet a worldwide leader in EAM and reliability sustainment solutions. Leading companies in asset intensive industries use their products, often combined with their exceptional worldwide consulting team, to efficiently reduce the time and cost needed to achieve and maintain full production on complex capital projects

The successful candidate will work with clients to increase their asset performance by implementing sound maintenance programs into the client’s software. Responsibilities include:

• providing project and thought leadership in the implementation of industry leading Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) capabilities and supporting technologies
• assessment of client processes and performance metrics, identifying and quantifying value enhancement opportunities, facilitating client teams through process redesign, strategy development, developing plans and implementing EAM solutions for clients
• maintaining awareness and builds eminence in emerging EAM trends such as OT/IT convergence and SmartGrid intelligent assets
• participating in the development of scope enhancement opportunities that achieves individual and team targets

The successful candidate is self-motivated and has:

• 6+ years experience in EAM or ERP implementation/operations, preferably with a tier1 brand
• a strong formal education in a relevant discipline
• 2+ years experience in leading large scale EAM Systems Integration or Business Transform projects, including integration with ERP
• 5+ years experience in management consulting including business process redesign, business case development, and engagement leadership
• a readiness to travel up to 4 days a week (home on weekends – based on project requirements)
