Peter began his executive search career in 1988 when he co-founded Barrett Rose & Lee.

Prior to that he had gained extensive senior management experience in the software industry, and in public accounting.

He has devoted considerable attention to providing counsel to executives and working with clients to rebuild corporate management teams and fill senior staff specialist positions in a variety of industries, both public and private.

His experience includes software, manufacturing, technology, utilities, communications, publishing, and, as well as professional service firms. Increasingly, Peter's practice has focused on identifying and recruiting executives in the fields of marketing and sales, human resources, communications, strategic planning, and finance, as well as general managers to manage significant change initiatives for large and emerging businesses.

Peter is a graduate of Wilfred Laurier University, where he gained an HBA in Business Administration and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. He has been an officer and a member of the Board of Directors of a number of civic organizations as well as several private companies.

Michael J. Craig, Principal
Michael began his executive search career in 1994 when he joined a regional mid-market firm in Toronto. Prior to that he had gained extensive senior financial management experience in automotive component manufacturing, chemical, mining and packaging industries.

In 1995, Michael joined Barrett Rose & Lee, to help expand and broaden what at the time was an executive search consulting practice focused primarily on the information technology industry.

He has devoted considerable attention working with clients to rebuild corporate management teams and fill senior staff specialist positions in a variety of industries, both public and private.

His experience includes software, automotive manufacturing, electronics, transportation, construction and professional service firms. Increasingly, Michael's practice has focused on identifying and recruiting executives and professionals in the fields of engineering, manufacturing management, human resources, and finance, as well as general managers to manage significant change initiatives for large and emerging businesses.

Michael is a CMA and an accredited member of the Society of Management Accountants of Canada He has been an officer and a member of the Board of Directors of a number of civic organizations.

Ted D'Juran, Senior Consultant
Ted began his Executive Search career when he joined the Technology Services practice in the Toronto office of Barrett Rose & Lee. Prior to that, he had gained over 25 years of extensive senior sales and marketing management experience with leading organizations in the high technology distribution and services industry.

He has devoted considerable attention to providing counsel to executives and working with clients to rebuild corporate management and sales teams and fill senior staff specialist positions in a variety of industries, both public and private.

His experience includes software, technology distribution and manufacturing, communications, as well as professional service firms. Increasingly, Ted's practice has focused on identifying and recruiting executives in the fields of marketing and sales, professional services, human resources, as well as general managers to manage significant change initiatives for large and emerging businesses.

Tom Grecco, Senior Consultant
Tom began his executive search career when he joined Barrett Rose & Lee. Prior to that he gained extensive senior management experience in the computer industry and with related consulting organizations. He has held leadership roles with industry leading companies such as Tandem Computers, Canon Canada, and Olivetti.

He has devoted considerable attention to providing counsel to executives and working with clients to rebuild corporate management teams and fill senior staff specialist positions in a variety of industries, both public and private.

His experience includes software, manufacturing, technology, communications and professional service firms.
